The Meadows of Napa Valley, a not-for-profit community, sits on 20 beautiful acres in the heart of Californias wine country. The campus offers retirement living at its finest, along with Four Levels of Care, in case you need them in the future. And, there are no costly buy-in fees at the Meadows; all of our lovely apartment homes are rented on a monthly basis.
Our whole campus has recently undergone a major expansion and renovation adding even more lovely apartment homes and fine amenities to campus. All apartments have been updated with new paint, carpeting, flooring, cabinetry, and appliances.
Our fabulous new Appellation apartment homes offer up to 1,076 square feet of living space! They feature kitchens with fine finishes such as granite counter tops, wood cabinetry, a microwave, and a cook-top stove. Some feature a full-sized refrigerator and a range with an oven. And, all Appellation apartment homes come with a washer/dryer.
