Since January of 2002, Express Fitness for Women has been dedicated to providing the women in Del Norte & Curry Counties with a non-intimidating, positive environment where they can improve the quality of their lives through fitness. Providing support and assistance to our members is our top priority!

We help you every step of the way to assure you're getting the most from the time you spend at our facility. All programs are developed by an ACE Certified Personal Trainer, Group Exercise Instructor and Lifestyle and Weight Management Consultant so you will feel confident that your working out safely and effectively.

We also offer Air Brush Tanning, Body Wraps and Masks, and a Spa Bed System that treats your entire body to light, color, heat, aroma, sound and vibratory massage.

We also provide the solution to a common stumbling block to regular exercise: The Weather! Here you can exercise when it's windy or rainy outside. Our fitness center is protected by a security system to ensure your safety.
