Heller Immigration Law Group 1/800 863-4448.
Established in 1981, Heller Immigration Law Group (aka: HILG) is a full-service immigration law firm which focuses on business, employment and family-based immigration law. Our lawyers and attorneys handle cases in all USCIS jurisdictions and USCIS Service Centers, including PERM labor certification (without costly audits), H1b, J-1 interns/trainees, E-2 and Eb5 investors, L-1 transfers, EB1/O-1 researchers, EB2 National Interest, Marriage, I-751 Removal of Conditional Residence, VAWA, AOS/Adjustment of Status, K-1/K-3 (fiance/e), and the myriad of other matters which require navigating the often incomprehensible world of U.S. immigration.
Employment-based Immigration – EB1 Extraordinary Aliens, EB1 Outstanding Researchers and EB2 National Interest Waivers; H1b/PERM Labor Certifications.
We have particular expertise in employment-based immigration as it relates to academics, researchers and scientists, and on the workplace, with special emphasis on retention and the hiring of highly skilled workers, i.e., quickly obtaining and properly maintaining non-immigrant visa status and later obtaining permanent residency, i.e., green cards for those in fields such as: software and hardware engineering, electrical and chemical engineering, electronics, information technology, computer science, bio science, genetics and biotechnology, the nano technologies, chemistry, physics, mathematics, finance, accounting, architecture, material science, health care, and many others.
The Heller Immigration Law Group assists large and small companies, venture backed start ups, entrepreneurs and investors, self-petitioned scientists, researchers and academics, and institutions and corporations nationwide in complying with the complex and too often changing immigration laws and regulations. We also, of course, handle all aspects of family-based immigration law and the immigration of all dependent and accompanying family members – often within the context of an employment-based company sponsored case but many involving individual matters independent of employment, including adjusting one’s status through marriage to a U.S. citizen.
We Accept Clients Throughout the United States
Because our practice involves federal law it allows us to assist individual, business and corporate immigration clients throughout the United States. All of our immigration filings are accomplished through the latest technologies and tracking software including the use of INSZoom, our case management software.
Our clients include: multinational companies, to large and small corporations, universities, CEOs and other high executives, to important people around the world (that we must represent ‘quietly’), to Silicon Valley startups, outstanding and preeminent scientists, post docs and other researchers and academics many of whom wish to self-petition themselves under the EB1/EA and EB2/NIW categories.
Location of Heller Immigration Law Group
We are located in the heart of the San Francisco Bay Area, in Silicon Valley, specifically Menlo Park, CA minutes from the Stanford University campus in Palo Alto and a short walk from Sand Hill Road – where the vast majority of the world’s venture capital originates. We are also a short drive north on the country’s most beautiful freeway (280) to both San Francisco and then to the North Bay (Marin) or across the Bay Bridge to my alma mater, U.C. Berkeley. The Pacific Ocean and coastline are just a few miles west through the California Redwood forests.
