On January 13, 2006 at 10:00 a.m., a 2nd year juvenile Bald Eagle was spotted in a tree between Country Trails and Peacock Hill Equestrian Center and was initially thought to be a Golden Eagle by observers.
The sighting was verified by Prof. Joel Weintraub, PhD-Biology of California State University of Fullerton and Doug Willick based on pictures sent to these experts.
So keep your eyes open and you too may see this magnificent bird!
