A Smog check test only station does not perform any auto repair or auto service. Our California license certifies us to smog all vehicles for any reason: test only, gold shield, regular smog, transfer of ownership, out-of-state, and new to California smog. We are considered unbiased because we don't profit if a vehicle fails the emission inspection.
New Diesel Smog Check Inspection added January 2009. The California Diesel Smog will apply to 1998 & newer vehicles under 14,000 GVWR. The diesel test will consist of: Visual Inspection, OBD II, & Visual Smoke Test. For more info click on our Diesel Smog Check page.
Just Smogs can also certify gross polluter vehicles. A vehicle becomes a gross polluter when it fails the smog test by a large margin. Because a test only center cannot perform any auto repair, all smog test related auto repair must be performed at another auto repair or auto service location. When the smog repair is completed and your vehicle passes the smog test, you will receive a smog certificate.
