When we designed our first Lake Park, the plan was to build communities that would attract the most selective of buyers and residents who would share in our pride. Lake Park is still owned by the same people and many original homeowners continue to reside here--that's stability that's hard to find anymore. We want Lake Park homeowners to share the sense of belonging and contentment that should be fundamental to home ownership.

Each homesite is fully landscaped and each home is unique, with a varying array of amenities such as gourmet kitchens, atriums and cathedral ceilings. Many offer a panoramic view of the scenic greenbelts, winding walkways, or the sparkling lake. Some homes even come with side-by-side carport parking or fully enclosed two-car garages.

Lake Park residents operate their own Social Clubs with activities such as parties, potlucks, picnics, parades, breakfasts, brunches, lunches, dinners, dances, bingo, bridge, and billiards!
