Welcome to our practice! We offer effective, customized hands-on treatment to people with a wide variety of problems. Highly skilled, caring physical therapists work with you one-on-one using state-of-the-art techniques in 30 to 60 minute sessions to achieve your goals of therapy.

Our primary approach is manual therapy, a system of specific hands-on techniques that restore normal joint and soft tissue mobility, release adhesions and alleviate pain. Manual therapy gets to the problem in a way that medication or exercise alone simply can't. The use of skilled manual therapy treatments has been shown by research to get most people better quicker than treatments without manual therapy. We also utilize focused exercise programs specific to your condition. We help many people, including those who have not been successful at other PT, chiropractic or medial clinics.
How are we different than other PT practices?
Your entire time in treatment is spent with your physical therapist, working with your specific condition. We do not use aides or assistants. We don't send you to a big room with lots of other people exercising. All of our therapists have extensive training and expertise, and between 14 and 38 years experience as therapists. This skill and knowledge makes a difference in the results.

Our practice was established in 1984. Serving the San Diego area, conveniently located in Encinitas, we accept many insurance plans including Medicare, Blue Shield and Workers' Comp as well as Visa and Master Card.
