Operates the VTC Thrift Store in Santa Maria?
VTC Enterprises is constructing a new 18,260 square foot building on our property located on A Street in Santa Maria. It will replace two 1950s era buildings that not only stand in the path of the future A Street extension, but are also inadequate to serve a growing population of persons with severe disabilities.
The building planners have estimated that it will cost at least $3.5 million and will take up to 10 months to build the new QLS building. This is indeed an exciting, challenging time for VTC Enterprises but the master plan will help ensure that we provide the utmost in quality services to our ever-growing and ever-changing population.
