Nannies and all other domestic help we refer to our clients for personal interviews must have local, verifiable references from substantial members of our community, must endure an extensive questionnaire and must be approved by a senior counselor who will consider appearance, manners, language ability, attitude, job permanency, work background, education, driving record, etc., before entering our applicant database. Nannies, in particular, before they are accepted for a job by our clients, must be willing to show CPR training, driver license record, TB test (or willing to take it), accept a criminal record investigation, have experience with children of same age they apply to care for, and present immaculate grooming and hygiene.
