Recommendations come from many and some are good and some are not so good. Several years ago, by recommendation, I came to you as a new customer. At first I was hesitant. I was not sure of the quality or the straightforward service I would receive.

At that time my experience with other professional auto service places was, at best, at a level of dissatisfaction. After our first meeting and discussing how we would proceed in the servicing of my family’s Acura, I left our short meeting with some renewed confidence in the service I would receive. Since that day and many services later my confidence and trust has come back. I now have a high comfort level in the safety and performance of our family’s Acura and now my daughter’s Honda. This can only be gained by trust in
knowing the service care and quality provided by all at Expert Automotive.

I was referred to Expert Automotive by a friend/coworker of mike a few years ago. Ever since the first time I

About 6 months after purchasing my car from a private party, I started hearing really bad noises coming from my front brakes. All of you at expert Automotive do essentially the same thing. You have maintained the equipment that my family uses on a daily basis which is a 2004 Pilot. You maintain it, you repair it and you fuss over it like I do my working tools.

Since my wife and I have moved to Elk Grove, we’ve enjoyed every service experience we had with
your shop over the past many years. From the single temperature dial replacement to the 100,000+
mile maintenance, your diagnosis has always been spot on and honest. In addition, I believe your
rates are very reasonable for the “dealership” quality of work performed. It’s reassuring to know
when I take either my Honda or Acura for service I know I am not going to be “taken advantage” of
with the recommendation of unnecessary or overpriced work.

When we were in the market to purchase a new car, the servicing of the car after the warranty period
