Melt butter in a saut pan. Add garlic, pumpkin and sugar, and saut for about a minute and a half. Add Prosciutto and sage then deglaze with wine, and reduce by half. Add pasta and cream bring to a simmer, and then check seasonings. Finish with shaved parmesan on top, serve immediately.
