Mr. Nivens limits his practice to employment matters regarding employees of the Federal Government and of the U.S. Postal Service. He has many years of education, training and experience in this area. As an Air Force JAG, he represented the Government. Since entering private practice in 1995, he has represented only employees. His office is located in the Sacramento, California area. Aproximately half of our clients are employees of the U.S. Postal Service. The other half are from various Federal agencies.
