Barbara Goldberg, M.A., LMFT, is a licensed marriage and family therapist specializing in stress disorders, couples therapy, anxiety and depression. She has been in private practice in Sacramento, California since 1971. Her office is located near American River College, and office hours vary, but include evenings and Saturday mornings.

Her approach to psychotherapy is that of integrating mind, body, spirit, and emotions to promote a sense of wholeness and peace within oneself.

In addition, Ms. Goldberg teaches the gentle Chinese art of Chi Kung T'ai Chi, a moving meditation and specific healing exercises that promotes relaxation, centeredness, and health and well-being at all levels. She is a certified T'ai Chi instructor.

Chi Kung T'ai Chi classes are given in many locations, from Roseville to Davis, and throughout the Sacramento area. Prices range from $10 to $18 per month, depending upon location.
