I learned how to catch and clean crabs when I was young. By the time I was eight I was a pro. I am as familiar with crabs as Bubba Gump is with shrimp. Cakes, puffs, cocktails, stuffed, soft shell, fried, grilled, baked, in a boil and in many forms of soups and stews.
