Cajun Pacific provides a fresh, house-made menu for your Thanksgiving entertaining. All items are available for pick up between November 22nd to the 26th. A limited number of turducken & deep fried turkey dinners will be available so please confirm your order early. The deadline for orders is Sunday, November 21st.

Cajun Pacific offers fresh, house-made turducken for Thanksgiving! For our turducken, we use all free-range & hormone-free poultry: an 18-21-pound turkey, six-pound duck and five-pound chicken, all boned, and nested together with cornbread and rice stuffings between the layers.
You roast your turducken at home in the pan we provide or in your own, using an instant-read meat thermometer to check for doneness. Roasting time is approximately at 5-6 hours, depending on your oven. As there are no bones besides the six drumsticks and turkey wings, carving is simple and reveals a bullseye of meat and stuffing.

Dinner for 12 includes an 18-21-pound free-range & hormone-free bird fried juicy and golden brown, 16 ounces turkey gravy, 16 ounces sweet potato & eggplant gravy, 16 ounces cranberry & orange sauce, 12 chipotle cornbread muffins and your choice of four of either a mixed green organic salad with lime Tabasco vinaigrette, oyster & andouille sausage -OR- cornbread stuffing, sweet potato gratin, ratatouille, braised collard & mustard greens, and corn succotash.
Your bird is fried to order and available for pick up at scheduled times on Thanksgiving day from 11am until 3pm. Please email for available times.

Cajun Pacific's catering menu is available for your home or business holiday celebrations; we provide orders for pick up, delivery or fully serviced events and the restaurant is available for private parties for up to 25 guests. Please email for menus or with any questions.
