Burton & Company Appraisals is a service oriented Sacramento real estate appraisal company. We have been providing appraisals in Northern California since 1990. We have four fully licensed appraisers on staff; three are Certified and FHA approved. We provide cordial and attentive appraisal services. We are licensed, insured, and experienced.

We complete rock solid appraisal reports that will pass professional review. We respond to any underwriter or reviewer questions quickly & cordially. We do not "push" values.
