We have no application fees and can typically issue same day mortgage approvals to submit with your offer.

Born and raised in Beaumont, Texas, I started in lending in the 80s. After receiving my degrees in Economics and Finance from St. Marys College in Moraga, California, I spent several years as the Chief Financial Officer for a regional mortgage brokerage in the San Francisco Bay Area before opting for a slightly slower pace of life in the Sierra Foothills with my family.
