The process of psychotherapy involves the exploration of your thoughts, feelings and beliefs and then developing a strategy to change what is not working for you in your life. The path to real change comes through understanding yourself and becoming aware of how you impact others. When you understand who you are and how you came to be the way you are, you are much more likely to create a healthy life with fulfilling relationships.
