We treat only spine problems and therefore we believe that we can offer better diagnosis and treatment from specialized x-ray to therapy, injections and medication .Also since Dr Duncan treats only spine problems, he is able to be proficient in the latest surgical procedures and stay current with the latest scientific literature.
Our approach is comprehensive. By this we mean that we offer all aspects of spine treatment and pain management. Surgery is considered a last resort except in emergencies.
Even though it is more trouble for the patient, Dr Duncan insists on reviewing your x rays and MRI himself. This is because he wishes to double check the findings of the radiologist and because the pathology can only be adequately be interpreted by direct visualization rather than by a report.
