Montclair Baking, owned and operated by Pastry Chef / Baker Cheryl Lew, is a full line bakery offering a variety of high quality items that run the gamut from old-fashioned American loaf-style breads and cookies to the most delicately fashioned, melt in the mouth European pastries.
Since the bakery’s opening in 1990, the dedicated staff has developed a style with combines old-fashioned techniques and traditional taste. Using fresh local, seasonal ingredients, our desserts reflect a contemporary sense of flavor, texture and apperance. The shop has also acquired a well-deserved reputation for friendly, knowledgeable service and using quality ingredients.
