Fitness Kickboxing Class!
A high-energy workout that emphasizes proper technique and safety, while burning calories and toning your muscles. This equipment-based class (non-sparring) is a fun way to increase strength and flexibility, improve balance and coordination, all while relieving stress and frustration.

This workout is on mats, no shoes allowed. Please bring gloves and towel.
