Jann Besson is a California State Bar Certified Specialist in estate planning, trust, and probate law. She is recognized state-wide as an expert in Medi-Cal asset protection and long-term care planning. Jann teaches other attorneys at annual state-wide workshops in her area of practice.
Steven L. Yarbrough focuses on trust and estate litigation and conservatorship law. He represents trustees and conservators in probate litigation, prosecutes financial elder abuse cases in the probate court and is court-appointed to represent conservatees.
