Hello, I am Paul Ammon, Senior Legal Document Assistant and owner of 1 Stop Self Help Legal and Notary Service. I have worked in the legal community over 30 years and have retired as a Manager from the Superior Court of California, County of Shasta with 14 years of service and from the United States Navy as a Legalman Chief Petty Officer with 21 years of service. In May 1996 I graduated from Shasta College, Redding, California with an Associate of Arts Degree in Paralegal Studies.

I am not an attorney and 1 Stop Self Help Legal and Notary Service is not a law firm. This means we cannot give you advice about your legal rights, the law, select legal forms or represent you in court.

However, we do specialize in providing top quality services for a reasonable price at the consumers specific directions and can assist with the filing, recording and service of your documents. We know the legal system can be expensive, confusing and complicated, so we are here to help you navigate the system by providing you with easy-to-use materials and forms which have been written or approved by attorneys.

I am a member of the National Notary Association (NNA) and a Board Member of the California Association of Legal Document Assistants (CALDA).
