Choice Medical Group was founded in 1990 by a group of primary and specialty care physicians. This Independent Physician Association (IPA) has been providing excellent healthcare to you and your family for over 20 years.
The Group is supported by a team of over 45 board certified physicians along with 150 specialists in which they are committed to provide you and your family with excellent health care. The service area covers Apple Valley, Victorville, Hesperia, Oak Hills, Phelan, Pinon Hills, Barstow, Adelanto and the surrounding vicinities. Choice Medical Group stands behind our mission statement, which is to provide comprehensive and quality medical services with an emphasis on preventative healthcare.
Choice Medical Group supports many non-profit organizations including the annual Today’s Woman Foundation along with other community-based events to benefit of the residents of the High Desert Communities.
Choice Medical Group has received awards from Health Net for achieving Outstanding Performance on the 2007 After Hours Access Survey. Integrated Healthcare Association awarded Choice Medical Group a Certificate of Outstanding Performance. Choice Medical Group continues “Doing our part in our community…to keep you healthy”
