These are typically problem roofs, but we solve this problem by using the highest quality products and providing our customers the best roofing system in the industry. The type of roofing material we use is a PVC/CPA single-ply memebrane, the best waterproofing membrane in the industry. In order to provide our customers with a complete solution, we use edge metals and flashings that are made with or coated with the same PVC/CPA material. This allows us to hot-air weld, i.e., melt, the whole system together, creating a monolithic, one-piece waterproofing system. This system is unmatched and is suitable for everything from mobile homes to underneath concrete slabs. Look around for more information.
