Dr. Charles D. Hasse of Irvine has been issued the Elective Facial Cosmetic Surgery (EFCS) permit granted by the Dental Board of California. He is the only oral and maxillofacial surgeon in Orange and LA counties approved by the Dental Board to perform elective facial cosmetic surgeries including facelifts, nose, ear and eyelid surgeries, laser resurfacing of the face, lip augmentation, Botox and other fillers.
