We make plumbing and electrical repairs and upgrades, restore old cabinets and wooden floors, reconstruct plaster moldings and fabricate base moldings, and rejuvenate old windows and original plaster and lath. HR&RofSD also reconstructs original crafted textures. Safe, certified asbestos removal is also part of HR&RofSD's service offerings. We work on all types of houses, but prefer to maintain a connection with Arts and Crafts or Spanish Colonials. We provide custom solutions for your particular problems.
