Aspen Women's Medical Group is experienced in all areas of Women's Health. Gynecological services include: Well Womam Exams with emphasis on primary and preventive care; evaluation and treatment of common gynecologic problems; screening, evaluation and treatment of gynecologic cancers including breast cancer; family planning; evaluation and treatment of menopausal symptoms with traditional and bio-identical hormones; and evaluation and treatment of osteoporosis.

Urogynecology is the care and treatment of problems related to the pevic floor including the loss of bladder or bowel control, difficulty urinating, prolapse (dropped bladders, fallen wombs) and difficulty defecating. Services include evaluation and treatment of female incontinence. Both surgical and non-surgical techniques are utilized.

Chronic Pelvic Pain
Chronic pelvic pain (CPP), involves evaluation and treatment of multiorgan systems. The source of CPP may come from the reproductive organs(vulva, vagina, uterus and ovaries), urologic (kidneys, ureters, bladder), musculoskeletal, neurological, gastrointestinal and myofascial(painful muscles caused by myofascial trigger points). Treatment, consists of multi-component therapy: trigger point injections, nerve blocks, bladder instillations, behavioral therapy, massage therapy, pharmocologic therapy and sometimes surgical therapy.
