Dr. Marcus is a Board Certified Foot and Ankle surgeon by the American Board of Podiatric Surgeons. He is also a Fellow of the American College of Foot Surgeons and an Associate of the American College of Podiatric Sports Medicine. He serves as a clinical advisor to the American Running and Fitness Association and was appointed to the Los Angeles Olympic Podiatry Staff during the 1984 Summer Games. He is a member of The Foot Health Council of the American Diabetes Association and frequently lectures to community groups on the topic of diabetic foot problems.
Dr. Marcus is in private practice in both Montebello and Irvine, California. He possesses more than 24 years of clinical experience, treating patients ranging in age from 1 to 100 years old--all with various foot and ankle problems. As past marathoner himself, he enjoys treating a wide range of athletes from the weekend warrior to Olympic 2000 contenders.
