Stretching Class Returns!
Sea/Coast is happy to announce we will be bringing back our Wednesday Evening Stretching Class,
starting October 6, from 6:00 to 7:00pm. Benefits of the class include:

3. Learning which stretches are most effective for preventing

4. Learning how to stretch to improve your posture.
5. Learning which stretches to perform and which to avoid before workouts or competitions.
6. Getting a great Stretch!!!!!!!!

Our annual Pumpkin Carving Contest will take place from October 27-29. Patients are encouraged to bring in their works of art. Patients will also vote on their favorite, with the winner getting a free Massage! Mark your calendars and bring in your creative jack-o-lanterns for all to see!
