Hot Pursuit Music Entertainment is a San Diego music band providing musical entertainment for weddings, parties, corporate events, conventions and other functions thoughout Southern California. Our San Diego music entertainment will compliment any function and we'll make it an event to remember.

Hot Music for a Cool Party! "Get the Party Started" with THE HOT PURSUIT BAND at your wedding or event. We are a 2-8 piece Variety band performing all genres of music for all generations. FREE DJ & MC is included at every event (optional of course). THE HOT PURSUIT BAND features husband and wife team Barry Cahill & Delene St. Clair, founders and leaders. All the musicians in Hot Pursuit are awesome vocalists and instrumentalists and we provide a heart to heart connection with your guests with unsurpassed energy and synergy. Best of all, the dance floor stays packed til the end of the party! SilverRose Classical & Jazz Ensemble is also available from Hot Pursuit Music Entertainment for Wedding Ceremonies and Cocktail Receptions.

Barry Cahill: Lead Vocals, Sax (Soprano, Alto and Tenor Saxes) and Flute. Also: Keyboard, Keyboard Bass, and Synthesizer (which produces the full, rich orchestral / rhythmical sound Hot Pursuit is famous for!)

Delene St. Clair: Lead Vocals, Electric and Acoustic Lead and Rhythm Guitar, and acts as M.C. and Coordinator.

Steve Smith: Keyboards, Keyboard Bass, and Synthesizer and Background Vocals.

This band will fit most anyone's budget. Barry plays sax, keyboards, flute, and sings, and Delene plays guitar and sings. Even as a duo, they sound like an entire band and are very danceable. Barry and Delene also have wireless microphones and will sometimes stroll through the audience singing and playing and have a wonderful, warm interaction with the guests. If you want a bigger band than the duo, Hot Pursuit is available as a trio, 4 piece or 5 piece. They can expand up to an 8 piece band plus 6 dancers for bigger shows and events.

Months before your wedding or special event, we will plan with you what songs you want performed and what special events you want M.C.'d.

The day of the event, we will Coordinate with the Banquet Captain so that everything runs smoothly!

We will M.C. your Reception in any style you wish (formal & classy, fun & party atmosphere or combination of both.)

Special Events that can be M.C.'d are: Bridal Party announcement, Toasts, First Dance, Father/Daughter Dance, Cake Cutting, Dollar Dance, Bouquet & Garter Toss.
