Speech therapy services are adequate, however, be prepared to deal with an unreasonable billing system. Unless you are a cash-paying client, your services will be interrupted at the first sign of difficulty with your insurance company. No discussion. Services will be put on hold. Period. End of story.

The real issue is the owners of this facility. The speech therapist assistants are wonderful. However you can get a sense of tension, when the owners are present. I've encountered so many new faces, the employees come and go. Especially the front office. Unorganized, is what described this business. I hope they realize and quickly change it because it will impact their business.
