The Office of Dr. Shinyi Yu is committed to providing patients in the Santa Maria/Central Coast area with exceptional oral care treatments as well as a dazzling set of cosmetic dental services to enhance or even transform your smile. Our office employs state of the art technologies and focuses on "gentle" procedural techniques to better improve your oral health and smile.

For example, we use only digital x-ray systems, which emit just a tiny fraction of the radiation of a normal x-ray machine. Furthermore, Dr. Yu performs almost all procedures on a visual-basis under advanced magnification, which grants him an impeccable degree of precision; this contrasts directly with the older, tactilely-based methodology still being taught in dental schools and utilized still by many dentists, often with the end result of unncessary and excess tooth structure removal.

Most insurance plans are accepted. We also have very flexible financing options available. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer Medi-Cal coverage at this time.
We are located in Santa Maria, across from the St. Mary's Church near the mall. The closest intersection is Church St. and School St.

From North of Main Street:
Take the 101 South. Exit on Main and make a right onto Main St. towards Gudalupe. Make a left onto School St. and go one block.

South of Main Street:
Take the 101 North. Exit on Main and make a left onto Main St. Take a left at School St. and proceed one block.
