My practice focuses on problems confronted by patients, caregivers and healthcare providers. As a solo practitioner, I can pay attention to details that matter and provide a genuine assessment of my client's concerns. Business support for healthcare providers includes contract negotiations, buy/sell agreements, partnership agreements, employment contracts, consultations for regulatory compliance, advisory opinions on ethics issues, malpractice consultations and representation for disciplinary proceedings.

Initial office consultation is $35 per half hour ($100 maximum). An hourly, sliding scale, or flat fee is negotiated once we have sufficient information to develop a plan.

A debtor who is represented by counsel can tell debt collectors that they may only communicate with their attorney.
