This notice covers EIV and replaces HUD Notice H 2009-20 that was released back in December, 2009. It is 77 pages and contains the most current EIV regulations, as well as new charts! EFFECTIVE 6/7/2010 TRACS RULES OF BEHAVIOR (ROB) & TRACS SECURITY AWARENESS TESTING QUESTIONNAIRE FOR TRACS COORDINATORS AND USERS

If you are a Secure Systems Coordinator or User that reviews TRACS Queries or transmits TRACS files through on-site software WITHOUT logging into iMAX, you can still accept the ROB. (Once you have accepted the Rules of Behavior in iMAX, you will not need to in TRACS.) You are still required to complete the SATQ within 30 days of accepting the ROB.
