Excessorized was brought toSafe Haven Horse Rescueafter Contra Costa Animal Control foundher starving to death.After arriving at Safe Haven approximately 400 pounds underweight and fighting fevers, the volunteersgaveher the much needed love, nutrition, and veterinary care she deserves. She is now recovering and doing well! We would like to thank After the Finish Line for the emergency grant that they provided for all of her medical needs!
