4EverFit was founded by owner, Brenda Dahm Kashuba, in 2001 with the dream of providing clients a private, "non-intimidating" environment to work on fitness goals with a highly qualified and experienced professional fitness trainer.
Women and men that were uncomfortable in the conglomerate meet markets found their haven in the privacy of 4EverFit Personal Training Studio. Whether you choose a totally private workout room or the comfortable semi-private main gym, we guarantee every client will be at home in our facility.
4EverFit owner, Brenda Kashuba, coaches client Terri through a compound "row-lunge" exercise to strengthen rhomboids, quads, glutes and core.
You will find us refreshingly different from membership-based facilities and other training studios. We are a casual, friendly environment where highly skilled trainers are focused on their clients' needs, and where every client's program is designed specifically to meet his or her fitness goal. This is what sets us apart from the clubs:
We do not believe in high pressure sales tactics used by most clubs and studios. We are further committed not to subject our clients to product marketing, such as vitamins or supplements as a means of increasing revenues. We network closely with physicians, dietitians and nutritionists to ensure our clients have every resource they need to achieve their health and fitness goals.
When you come to 4EverFit to inquire about our personal training programs, rest assured that our complimentary consultation is truly complimentary!

At 4EverFit Personal Training Studio, your personal trainer's attention will be totally on YOU the entire hour. The trainer will design a program to specifically help you meet your goals, correct any muscle imbalances observed in your posture analysis, take you through any post-rehab exercises, and stay totally focused on spotting you through every exercise.

4EverFit is pleased to offer private and semi-private Yoga. Like personal training, privacy is what sets us apart from yoga "classes". In large group classes, instructors are not able to ensure that every student is within form during their poses. Studies have shown that students who learn yoga in a large group setting are at a much higher risk of injury. At 4EverFit, your yoga instructor will have her full attention on you. You will focus on core strength, flexibility and breathing to improve overall fitness levels and well-being. 4EverFit instructors use an eclectic style of yoga so you will enjoy a variety of styles and techniques in your yoga program.
The vast majority of adults in middle age find that staying in shape is not as easy as it used to be. Over the years, we often develop a variety of problems such as arthritis, as well as back, neck, knee, hip and foot issues that set us back in our ability to stay fit. As we age, our posture will often slip, we are more prone to injuries and our metabolisms shift into low gear.
Baby boomers can greatly benefit from the guidance of a seasoned 4EverFit personal trainer who understands how to approach the fitness goals of an aging population. Around the age of 30, we begin to lose lean mass (muscle) at a rate of about a pound a year. Less muscle equates to lower metabolism, thus resulting in an increase of body fat. Additionally, our bodies become tighter and less flexible. The older client who sets off on a fitness program without the knowledge of program design, corrective exercise and flexibility improvement techniques is setting himself/herself up for injuries.
At 4EverFit, one of our highly experienced and skilled trainers will design the program to help you safely achieve your best possible level of fitness. A one-size fits all program is usually not advisable for the boomer generation. You are a unique individual and you need a unique program designed specifically for you and your body.
Your personal trainer at 4EverFit is pleased to offer a safe and effective fitness program for our expectant mothers to ensure they are at their peak level of fitness when it's time to deliver. Strength and flexibility contributes highly to a more positive delivery experience and an easier recovery.
We can also help you regain that pre-pregnant figure after the big event. Let us help you enjoy your pregnancy!
Our nationally certified personal fitness trainers are experienced in helping clients with chronic illnesses such as multiple sclerosis, fybromyalgia, arthritis, lupus, etc. in gaining a stronger, more flexible body. When life brings medical or physical challenges, our experienced certified fitness trainers can help you take control to live a stronger, happier life.
4EverFit clients routinely work with clients who have had prior injuries and pick up where physical therapy leaves off. Once your doctor and physical therapist have completed their work, it is important to continue post-rehab exercises with an experienced personal trainer to continue improvement in the strength and flexibility of the injured joint or limb.
Common injuries involve the shoulders, knees, and lower-back, as well as tendonitis.
Your Personal Trainer at 4EverFit can develop a program with your specific challenge in mind.
Whether you are a golfer, skier, bicyclist, runner, skater, rock climber, or any other sport enthusiast, your trainer will develop a program to help you reach your maximum potential. Be the best that you can be - let us help you!

Funding for P.E. programs in the schools have been drastically cut and corporations continue to market unhealthy eating to our children. The combination of these two factors has contributed to a huge problem with childhood obesity. Sports programs offer children exercise, but not all children are comfortable in a large group setting where they feel they cannot compete.
At 4EverFit, we specialize in helping children get challenging exercise in a non-competitive private or semi-private environment. Better yet, we make it FUN! Watch your child's health improve along with their self-esteem through special programming for kids and teens.
Strength training is a key component in most any fitness program. It raises metabolism, increases bone density and contributes to joint stability, thus reducing risk of injury. It offers a firmer, more attractive body as well.
Whether your goal is body sculpting to create a whole new figure, or simply toning up, a program will be designed to ensure you meet your goal. A new you is at your fingertips. Our experienced personal trainers can help you create the strong, healthy, beautiful body you have always wanted. Let us help you!

Q: What are your hours?
A: 4EverFit personal training sessions are by appointment only; therefore, we do not have set hours of operation. Our trainers each have a variety of appointment openings. Generally, we can accommodate clients as early as 6:00 a.m. and as late as 9:00 p.m. A few of our trainers also have weekend availability. We keep a current appointment availability book at 4EverFit. To check current availability, please call the studio. Each trainer has their own key to the studio so if your appointment is during an off-hour, you can still have access to the building for the schedule to which you and your trainer agree.
Q: How many sessions per week should I train?
A: We understand that every family or individual must plan personal training within their budget. Most of our clients work with their trainer 2-3 times per week for strength, core and flexibility training, then follow their trainer's instructions for additional cardiovascular exercise on non-appointment days. However, when a once-per week personal training program is necessary from a time or budget constraint, the trainer will design a program for the client to follow at home one or two more days a week between appointment times to ensure the client continues to progress in meeting their fitness goal.
Q: Do you offer in-home personal training?
A: We do offer in-home personal training; however, since the trainer must be compensated for his/her travel time, it is more cost-effective for clients to train in our private studio. If a client prefers total privacy during their workouts, we have completely private training areas that can be reserved for you.
Q: Can I bring my children with me during my personal training sessions?
A: Older children who can amuse themselves with a book or game are welcome to wait for their parent in our lobby. We can also sometimes arrange for your child to use our staff break-room to do homework or watch a video. Newborns in infant seats can be brought with a parent until such time as they become a distraction. We prefer that small children who require their parent's attention and supervision not be brought to the studio as this limits your ability to stay focused on your workout, and may also be distracting to other clients in training. Children under the age of 13 are never allowed in our main gym area due to insurance restrictions. If a child under 13 is working with a trainer as a client, he or she may be in the gym under the trainer's supervision only.
Q: What if I get stuck at work? Will I get charged?
A: Although we certainly understand last-minute problems arising that would make keeping your appointment time impossible, we must enforce a 24-Hour cancellation policy to protect our trainers ability to earn a living. With 24 Hours notice, a trainer may be able to back-fill your appointment time with another client who is waiting for an opening.
Q: What if I want to work out at the studio on my own sometimes without my trainer?
A: Unfortunately, the only way to keep the studio private and uncrowded for the clients in training is not to allow drop-in workouts. However, all 4EverFit clients are welcome to drop-in anytime to use the cardio machines (treadmill, ellipticals, bikes, stair climber, etc.) without an appointment at no additional charge. Since we do not guarantee our hours of operation however, we cannot promise we will always be open when come.
Q: I dont want to get bulky muscles. Wont weight lifting make me bulky?
A: Dont be misled by the pictures you see of body builders. Strength training two or three hours a week will never increase body mass to a bulky state. Competitive body builders spend many hours every day lifting weights and many of them also use steroids to increase their mass further.
Q: Why do you include strength training as part of a weight loss program? Wont that just add weight to the scale?
A: Strength training is critical for permanent weight loss. When we lose weight by dieting and cardiovascular exercise alone, our bodies do not differentiate between lean mass and fat. Therefore, the caloric deficit we have intentionally created to lose weight has caused us to lose muscle as well as fat. Since lean mass (muscle) contributes to metabolism, the client will not be able to sustain their new lower weight unless they continue to consume very few calories. By keeping a healthy balance of body fat and muscle, we can eat a healthier amount of food without regaining weight. Additionally, the toning effect we can achieve from strength training will help minimize a flabby appearance often seen after significant weight loss.
Q: How long does it take to see results?
A: This varies from client to client based on the number of sessions per week they have signed up for with their personal trainer, as well as how faithful they are about following instructions their trainer has given them for cardio and/or calorie consumption away from the studio. Most clients will see significant results within a few months of beginning their personal training program.

Hear what some of our happy clients have to say...
I was tired of being overweight and out of shape when a friend recommended Brenda at 4EverFit Personal Training Studio. In the past I'd tried gyms and exercising on my own, but I found the gyms intimidating and I never stayed motivated enough to stick with any particular program for very long. Brenda told me her personal story of weight loss and getting fit which I found very inspiring. Before long I actually looked forward to my sessions with Brenda. She made exercise fun and "do-able" for me and I found it easy to keep at it. I really appreciated the results when six months later on a trip to Hawaii I hiked to the top and back of Diamond Head and then took another 6 mile strenuous hike to a waterfall--both on the same day! Now I've been working out at 4EverFit for 15 months; I've lost 40 pounds and I am probably the strongest I've ever been in my life.
4EverFit is not one of those intimidating gyms--I've always found it extremely comfortable. The trainers I've met are friendly, enthusiastic and happy--there is no high-turnover rate of employees here. The facility is spotlessly clean and welcoming.
Brenda has changed my life. I know I would not have lost the weight I have or become stronger and in better shape if I hadn't met her. She has inspired me, encouraged me, and supported me throughout my journey, and I look forward to continuing on this road with Brenda and 4EverFit. ~Vicky
The staff at 4EverFit is professional and courteous. Brenda and the other trainers strive to ensure workouts are designed for each client's abilities and goals and make sure clients use proper lifting techniques to achieve steady results and avoid injury. All this is accomplished in a friendly environment with state-of-the-art equipment. I've been a client since 4EverFit opened, and my experience has been 100% positive! ~Valerie J.
I've been a happy, long-term customer of 4EverFit. The staff totally understands unique personal goals whether it's running a 1/2 marathon, strength training for long Yosemite hike or conditioning to avoid injuries while playing high impact sports like Racquetball. The 4EverFit staff does a great job of applying new and proven training regimes that best match individual strengths and weaknesses. Plus, you can always "ask" for more - drop and give me 20 solider! ~Adam S.
At 4EverFit I lost 50 pounds and became fit. Better than that, I changed my lifestyle so that I still, several years later, am fit. The program I went through with 4EverFit was 100% customized to my needs and my busy schedule. Brenda and her staff care about me and changed my life for good. ~Richard L.
I've been at 4Everfit for three years now and it will be impossible for Brenda and her dear staff to get rid of me! I've lost 36 pounds and feel so much stronger and self-confident. Both my strength and flexibility has increased so much since I first started coming here. Everyone is so encouraging - such a "can do" atmosphere. Both eating properly and my workouts are now pretty much second nature. It's hard to believe that I was once a true "couch potato" whose main exercise consisted of operating the remote control! Don't know what I'd do without 4EverFit - Don't want to think about it. ~Lori M.
4EverFit is different. Highly qualified and certified personal trainers spend time one on one with you to do one thing; help you meet your goals. They care about the clients. They work with folks with special needs and special circumstances. Fit, fat or anywhere in between, they set you up with a plan and get you on track. These folks make a business turning lard into lean. They get you motivated and keep you there. Trying to workout without a trainer is like learning to ride a bike without training wheels. Getting started is pretty easy, and then you learn to coast, but eventually your gonna crash and get hurt. Save yourself the pain and possible injury. ~Rob
4EverFit is my haven. I started almost 5 years ago and will never quit. I went from a size 14 to a 6 and have never gained back an ounce. The trainers are real people who keep the workouts fresh and fun. My favorite part of 4EverFit is the atmosphere. It has the "Cheers bar feel". When you walk in people say "Terri!" as everybody knows your name. ~Terri M.
I started training shortly after the studio opened and have been faithful ever since. I credit my training to keeping me healthy and fit. The routine is personalized and appropriate for the ages of the clients. The staff is professional and friendly. The equipment is kept in good condition. There is never a crowded feeling when you are training. I have met some great people there. ~Barbara N.
I lost 35 lbs after I started with Brenda but more importantly I developed a sense that good fitness meant I would always be able to climb stairs, walk long distances, lift heavy objects, and be mobile and flexible into old age. The staff knows nutrition and dietary issues. Common sense is the rule. I never found the facilities lacking for equipment that worked best for me and there is always plenty of room to stretch out. I've been there at different times during the day and never had a sense of crowding or lack of attention. That's something you don't find anywhere else. ~Mark B.
Two years ago I started working out at 4EverFit. One of my problems was recurring back pain. My trainer, Melissa, is an experienced yoga and yin yoga teacher and we began incorporating these exercises into my sessions. My back is 100% better and my flexibility has also increased. I enjoy the weight lifting as well and am surprised at how much I can do.
Melissa, Brenda, other trainers and clients are so nice. It is lots of fun to work out on a day when others are there and you can chat and laugh while you get 4EverFit! ~Ellen J.
I'm hooked on 4EverFit. I've been working out here for almost 3 years now and I love it. I just recently started Yin Yoga and it's awesome! Melissa is an excellent Personal trainer and Yoga instructor. I look forward to my weekly sessions and I always feel great afterwards. I like feeling sore the next couple of days because I know that I got a great workout! Working out is a great stress reliever! I've never felt better! ~Denise D.
