About Wood Real Estate
Owner/Broker Cheryl Wood, a native Californian, has lived in the Delta community of Rio Vista since 1989. She began her Real Estate career in 1988 in the Bay Area. After only two years working as a sales associate, she passed her brokers exam and now holds a California Broker License.
She began working for the builder selling new homes in Trilogy (formerly named Summerset) at the ground breaking of the new community in 1996. After working for the builder for 5 years selling new Trilogy homes, the need for an experienced resale brokerage became more and more apparent. In February, 2001 she opened Wood Real Estate to better serve the residents of Trilogy with their real estate needs.
With an unsurpassed knowledge of building options and floor plans in the Trilogy/Summerset communities in Northern California, Cheryl also has extensive knowledge of the city of Rio Vista and the properties available there. Few realtors in the area know Trilogy homes and the community at large better than Cheryl.
