Mark Kosins, M.D. established Affiliated Psychiatric Medical Group, Inc. in 1977. We specialize in innovative diagnosis and treatment planning for a wide variety of behavioral, learning and emotional problems for children, teenagers and adults. APMG, Inc. has a reputation for evaluating and treating difficult diagnoses and chemical imbalances that may cause underachievement, school failure, depression, obsessive-compulsive disorders, bi-polar disorders, panic and anxiety, aggressiveness and brain toxicity from drugs and/or alcohol abuse.
Our clinical staff is comprised of MD's, Nurse Practitioners, Physician's Assistants, Psychologists, Therapists and M.F.C.C.'s. These licensed professionals evaluate and treat a variety of psychiatric disorders, each specializing in specific areas of mental health ranging from stress, anxiety and depression to child, adolescent, family and geriatric therapy. This diverse expertise enables us to provide a broad range of quality mental health services to our community.
Our goal is to provide quality, affordable health care to those who need us. We endeavor to evaluate anyone in need and provide ongoing care, should it be necessary. We enjoy working with other practitioners and accept referrals from private and community health facilities. In addition, we offer lectures, presentations and in-services on a variety of mental health subjects such as: Attention Deficit Disorder, Stress and Burnout, Alcohol and Substance Dependence and Abuse, Mid-life Crisis, Depression, PMS, Mood and Anxiety Disorders, and many more.
Our office is located in South Orange County, in the city of San Clemente.
From the North:
Take 5 freeway south to Camino De Estrella. Turn left. Camino de Estrella turns into Camino De Los Mares. Follow Camino De Los Mares to Theatre Plaza Dr. Turn into the first driveway on the left past Theatre Plaza Dr. We are in the two story beige medical building, next to Blockbuster Video. Head towards the back of the building, and we are located right above "Buttersage Bistro" in suite 226.
From the South:
Take 5 freeway north to Camino De Estrella. Turn right. Camino de Estrella turns into Camino De Los Mares.
