San Diego Fight Club
SDFC is a mixed martial arts and fitness gym. We teach and train everyone from youths to grandmothers, and anyone that wants to learn, get in shape, and have fun. All our classes have all levels of experience, from beginners to experienced pro fighters. You train at your own pace, and never have to spar or get hit to get in shape or learn. However; we do offer classes for those who want to take their skills to the next level.
Whether you want to compete or shed some unwanted pounds, you will be taught real techniques to prevent unnecessary injuries and to get a better workout. With our family friendly atmosphere and our trainer to student ratio, you will feel comfortable and not intimidated while getting the workout and instruction wanted.
