Founded in 1983, San Jose-based TBI Construction & Construction Management, Inc. has completed more than $1 billion in commercial construction projects in the San Francisco Bay Area and adjacent Santa Cruz County. Our primary geographical focus is Silicon Valley and adjacent areas.

As a general contractor, the company builds both new structures and tenant improvements. Areas of expertise include corporate headquarters, historical restoration and renovation, schools, medical buildings, religious institutions, R&D and retail.
As construction manager for public agencies and private owners, we have a perfect record for completing projects on time and on budget. Most often we take an active role at the time a design team is selected, working with owners and architects to produce reliable budgets and schedules, exceptionally clear plans and bid packages.
