What does Kung Fu mean anyway? Kung Fu, while synonymous with martial arts, does not translate as such. Kung Fu actually translates tohard work over a long period of time. One can have good Kung Fu while playing a musical instrument, painting a masterpiece, or swinging a golf club. Indeed any martial artist, regardless of style, is practicing Kung Fu. So work hard, invest your time, and you too will have good Kung Fu no matter what your art. At Mantis Martial Arts, we develop Kung Fu through promoting integrity, discipline, and self-confidence.
Welcome to Mantis Martial Arts! We offer Traditional 7 Star Praying Mantis Style Kung Fu in a family environment. All ages are welcome, encouraged, and allowed. Please call 831-251-1269 for more information.
