Wellings & Co., Certified Public Accountants, is a diversified accounting firm located in Menlo Park. It was established by Timothy F. Wellings, Jr., in 1974 and has grown substantially since then, almost entirely from referrals. We believe that this confirms our success in furnishing quality service to clients.
Services provided by the firm include traditional services such as tax return preparation, accounting and reporting system installation, financial statement preparation, financial and tax planning, estate planning, management services, computer consulting, and business and litigation support. An in-house computer is used, where applicable, in providing these services.
Clients range from individuals with small tax problems to large corporations with many million dollars of income and assets. The greater proportion of clients, however, own small to medium sized businesses operated as sole proprietorships, partnerships or corporations.
