Sullivan Drapery Installation is a family business run by John and Pat Sullivan. After many years of installing window coverings, John saw a need for a window covering cleaning process that would not damage the fabrics during the cleaning.
The On-Site process is a Hunter Douglas approved process which they recommend for cleaning all window covering fabrics as well as upholstery. This process is guaranteed to not damage the fabric by shrinking, stretching, shredding, or even color bleeding.
The John and his sons are the installers and have been thoroughly been trained in the process of On-Site cleaning and own the equipment necessary to fulfill cleaning requests of all types. They are certified in the process and undergoe new training each year to improve their skills.
Sullivan Installation currently partners with Home Depot, Lowes, Shannon's Draperies and other window covering vendors and manufactures to install their products. We also contract with Ruth's Chris Stake House to clean their window coverings and fabric on their chairs and benches.
