Introduction to A Better Outlook
A Better Outlook window cleaning company was started with the idea of providing excellent service and a quality product at a fair price. Our founder and owner, Bob Jordan has enjoyed a career serving the public. Twenty five years in the hospitality field has given him the experience to know what is needed in providing the best in customer service.

How do you clean windows?
We prefer to clean windows the traditional way. By using scrubbers, scrapers, squeeges and towels we can get the best results. This is a more labor intensive method, but we can remove paint over-spray and hard to get dirt this way. If price is a concern, the newer DI (deionized water) method is available. This is a water fed pole system whereby the exterior windows are scrubbed, rinsed and left to air dry spot free. This system works well if a home is on a regular maintenance program of every 3-4 months.

What will it cost to get my windows cleaned?
A Better Outlook is not the cheapest nor are we the most expensive. We charge by the window and are committed to making sure our customers feel they have received the best value for a quality job. If you wish to have us use the DI system on the exterior, a 15% savings can be realized.
