Wow!! It has been eight years since Outdoor Fitness Adventure Club came into being. It started with an idea, that all workouts are NOT created equal. I was recovering from a heart procedure and as my friends took me hiking to heal, I realized that something very special happens to relationships, physical and mental health and motivation while hiking in the hills.
It was nothing like I ever experienced in an indoor gym. I always looked forward to my hikes and going further, or realizing how my stamina was increasing. Soon I found I wanted to hike all the time and introduce this wonderful mode of exercise, socializing and increased stamina to many more people in my community.
Goal #1: Build strong solid and lasting relationships
Goal #2: Increase motivation, health and energy level
Goal #3: Increase quality of life And much, much more... I hope over the year’s you have gotten out of your Outdoor Fitness Adventure Club membership everything you had hoped and everything you never realized possible.
Staying up late to finish the newsletter, or implementing new classes, or hiring new instructors never wore me out as I always did so with you in mind. Always desiring to make this club the BEST for you is my #1 goal.
Thank you for being a member of Outdoor Fitness Adventure Club, thank you for making friends and sharing your life with others, thank you for taking care of your health, and valuing yourself as I value each of you.
