At Tahoe City Marina Mall, a split level historic building that is headquarters to the Tahoe Yacht Club who host the Lake Tahoe's wooden boat show "Concours d'Elegance", Rubicon Collection featuring Tibetan rugs, creative lighting and contrary-to-the-ordinary home furnishings and design and Sports Tahoe, the largest apparel store in Tahoe City. There are also Kung Fu and Cardio classes offered by the North Shore Traditional Wing Chun Kung Fu Academy and spiritual support provided through the Center for Spiritual Living Tahoe-Truckee. In 2010 the Tahoe Regional Planning Agency implemented the new Blue Boating Program designed to address the impacts associated with boating on Lake Tahoe. This program requires that all vessels entering the Lake be inspected for invasive species, bilge and sewage pollution. Once the boat has passed inspecton vessel is charged an annual fee and a sticker is issuedto officially certify the vessel for use on Lake Tahoe.
