We offer complete collection, skip tracing, and asset location services. Accounts assigned for collection to ACTION Professionals receive complete third party follow up when needed, including contact with attorneys and insurance companies. All consumer accounts assigned for collection with reportable information are listed with all three national credit-reporting services: Experian, Trans Union, and Equifax. Finally, when justified based on the balance of an account and the assets of a debtor or company, ACTION Professionals will bring legal action against your debtors to secure your claims, all at no additional cost to you. ACTION Professionals pays all legal expenses on non disputed accounts and gets paid only when we recover money for you.
ACTION Professionals works completely on the "no collection -no charge" philosophy. There are never any set up fees, account placement fees, or advanced costs for our collection services. As previously stated ACTION Professionals advances all fees necessary for collection, including location/skip-tracing fees, court costs and attorney fees or fees for process of service (on accounts not in dispute).
