QUICK TURN'S MISSION STATEMENT
In today's highly competitive rate environment, delivering fast and problem-free loan funding is a distinct market advantage. Controlling the collateral valuation process is a critical component, however most lenders can't afford, or have no desire, to manage an in-house appraisal staff.

Quick Turn (QT) Appraisal Staff dedicates to each client an appraisal that can include chief appraiser, quality control, and customer service - at a cost less than is currently being paid for appraisal services.

A lender can get a 2 day turn time on a full appraisal (following the home inspection) and thus essentially have complete control over the time frame for funding a loan*

High personnel and overhead costs are the primary reasons few lending institutions have their own appraisal staff. Quick Turn has the experience in appraisal cost management and has sufficient volume in all covered territories and therefore, allowing us to pass these savings on to our clients.

With your own dedicated appraisal staff, a lender can dictate USPAP-compliant quality standards. Our appraisers are trained and required to follow these underwriting guidelines, and all reports will be reviewed to meet these specifications.
