Farmers announces Daland Body Shop Inc. given most Prestigious Award (March 2009)

Daland Body Shop of South San Francisco, CA , as a participant in the Farmers Circle of Dependability Program (C.O.D.) was recognized and awarded with the insurance company's highest distinction this month for its achievement in providing Excellent Customer Service, top of the class quality, progressive marketing, and their overall commitment to excellence.
The CIRCLE OF DEPENDABILITY GOLDEN STATE DIVISION REPAIR FACILITY OF THE YEAR 2008 recognizes Daland as the "best of the best" in all of California.
The award was based partially on the results of CSI surveys of Farmers insured people who have used the "COD" program, your clients, and internal benchmarks and goals within the program. "The award is a great achievement for our company and our dedicated staff", says Richard Pera. "We have been committed to customer service, constant training, and providing a quality product for many years now. It is great to be recognized as the top shop in California."Daland Body Shop Inc. was founded in 1976 by father-uncle team Armando and Bruno Pera. Richard Pera succeeded his father and uncle to the position of President in 1999 following their retirement.
The custom trophy plaque will be proudly displayed in the front office of the 890 El Camino Real location.
